A Fine Balance by Rohinton Mistry

You see Mistry's skill as a writer on every page. The style of writing is so fine tuned.

Last Man in Tower by Aravind Adiga

This book is a fun read with engaging characters.

Macbeth by Shakespeare

The character of Lady Macbeth speaks to me so loud.

In Other Rooms, Other Wonders by Daniyal Mueenuddin

Albeit it’s a collection of short stories but they are very readable.

Poems of Carol Ann Duffy

I love her poems that often take the form of monologues.
